Distance or in person sessions available. Reiki is a non-invasive, hands on, body energy treatment using spiritually guided life force energy in a unique way to balance out the entire body system. Specific hand positions are held on or over the energy centers (or chakras) of the body allowing the receiver to utilize the healing energy, resulting in general feelings of well-being, balanced chakras and a sense of deep peacefulness. The theory is, that when "Qi" is strong and flowing freely, it maintains the body and mind in a positive state of health and well-being, affecting it physically, emotionally and spiritually. Maintaining positive thoughts and feelings is beneficial for "Qi" to continue flowing freely throughout the body which in turn, generates a profound impact on our health in a constructive manner.

Integrative Massage - A holistic blend of various techniques that are incorporated into the massage such as energy healing, essential oils, chakra work, etc. to obtain more of an individualized approach.
Therapeutic Massage - A modality that relieves aches and pains though manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles. It also helps ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem area.
